Bakery (see New Bakery also) We also have a bakery, producing mainly loaves of bread for the mission, but some bread is also sold. An average of 400 loaves of bread is baked each day, increasing to 1,500 loaves per day during the children's services. A new bakery has been built and should be in production within a few months.
