Pasta Factory
The Pasta Factory has been in operation for almost 10 years but has recently moved into a new building. Semolina and eggs are the main component of the pasta. A special machine cuts the pasta into different shapes. It is then put onto trays and sent into the drying room. When it is completely dry it is weighed and put into packets. Besides local use at the mission, the pasta is sold in shops far and wide. There are 4 main types: Ringel Macaroni, Shells, Ribbon Noodles and Spaetzle.
