Gen. 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee
and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt
bruise his heel.
Gen. 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but
thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. {Abraham: that
is, Father of a great multitude} 6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will
make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7 And I will establish my covenant
between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting
covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
Gen. 18:18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and
mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
Gen. 22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying
I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which [is] upon the
sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; {shore: Heb. lip} 18 And in
thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Num. 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I
shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall
rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of

2 Sam. 7:12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and
thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed
out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. 13 He shall build an house for my
name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever. 14 I will be his father, and
he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and
with the stripes of the children of men: 15 But my mercy shall not depart away from him,
as I took [it] from Saul, whom I put away before thee. 16 And thine house and thy kingdom
shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. 17
According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto
David.
Psa. 89:3 I have made a covenant with my
chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, 4 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and
build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.

Isa. 2:2:1 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz
saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. 2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, [that]
the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and
shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. {established: or,
prepared} 3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of
the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will
walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from
Jerusalem.4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they
shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall
not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. {pruninghooks:
or, scythes} 5 O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD. 6
Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished
from the east, and [are] soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in

Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither [is there any] end of their treasures;
their land is also full of horses, neither [is there any] end of their chariots: 8 Their
land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own
fingers have made: 9 And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself:
therefore forgive them not. 10 Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of
the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
Isa. 7:10 Moreover the LORD spake again unto Ahaz, saying,

ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. {ask it...: or, make thy petition
deep} 12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD. 13 And he said,
Hear ye now, O house of David; [Is it] a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye
weary my God also? 14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin
shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. {shall call: or, thou, O
virgin, shalt call} 15 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil,
and choose the good. 16 For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the
good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.
Isa. 8:14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of
stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a
snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and
be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
Isa. 11:11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of
Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest
upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the
spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isa. 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare
ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
Isa. 42:6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will
hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a
light of the Gentiles;
Isa. 49:6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be
my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will
also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end

Isa. 52:9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of
Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem. 10 The LORD
hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth
shall see the salvation of our God.

Isa. 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of
the LORD is risen upon thee. {shine...: or, be enlightened; for thy light cometh} 2 For,
behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD
shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3 And the Gentiles shall
come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
Isa. 62: 4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall
thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land
Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. {Hephzibah: that
is, My delight is in her} {Beulah: that is, Married}
Jer. 23: 5 Behold, the days come, saith the
LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper,
and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. 6 In his days Judah shall be saved,
and Israel shall dwell safely: and this [is] his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD
OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. {THE LORD...: Heb. Jehovahtsidkenu
Jer. 31: 15 Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah,
lamentation, [and] bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted
for her children, because they [were] not.
Dan. 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall
the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall
not be left to other people, [but] it shall break in pieces and consume all these
kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. {the days: Chaldee their days} {the kingdom:

Hos. 11:1 When Israel [was] a child, then I
loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
Mic. 5: 2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah,
[though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah, [yet] out of thee shall he come
forth unto me [that is] to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth [have been] from of old,
from everlasting. {everlasting: Heb. the days of eternity}
Mic. 7: 20 Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, [and] the mercy
to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
Mal. 4: 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before
the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the
fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and
smite the earth with a curse.
