10 Schools Evangelized on 7 March 2008

As part of a month-long action of outreach into local schools, Kwasizabantu teams, are ministering at morning assemblies and reaching about 2 to 4 thousand children every school day. Today was an exception and it is probable that at least 6 thousand children heard the gospel in song and preaching.

Tragically, at one of the schools a little girl was killed by a car as she was walking on the way to school (there are no pavements / sidewalks on South African roads and there are an average of 10,000 pedestrians killed every year in South Africa). The children and staff were in a state of shock and the Gospel was particularly appropriate in that atmosphere.
