Sprüche 6,27
1. Sünde fängt klein an. Es sieht am Anfang niedlich aus, aber zuletzt ist
es tödlich. Eine kleine Löwe ist schön, aber es tötet dich wenn er gross
ist.
2. Kollosser 3, 5-6 Tötet eure Glieder. Gott versucht uns nie über unser
Vermögen. Bei einer Trinker kommt die Flasche nicht von alleine in dem Mund.
Deshalb tötet die Glieder. Jacobus 1,15 Die Sünde gebärt den Tod. Von wo
kommt dann die Versuchung? Jacobus 1,14 Ein jeglicher wird von seiner
eigenen Lüsten gereizt und gelockt. Der grösste Gefahr ist in uns selber!
Die Rabinner sagen: im Beginn ist die Sünde wie Spinngewebe, aber nachdem
wie ein dicke Seil.
3. Sprüche 12, 3 Ein gottlos Wesen fördert den Menschen nicht, aber die
Wurzel der Gerechten wird bleiben. Gläubigen werden oft in der Bibel
verglichen mit Bäume. Californian Redwood sind sehr hohe Bäume, die ihre
Wurzel in der Breite haben, wurzeln in einander.
Psalm 1, 1-3 Willst du in deinen geistlichen Leben in der Höhe gehen uns
wachsen wie ein Baum, so gründe dich tief im Worte Gottes.
Gott hat ein Plan mit deinem Leben, der Teufel versucht das zu zerstören.---------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Can a man take fire to his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?"
1. Sin starts in a small way. It seems to be insignificant in the beginning but finally
it is deathly. A small lion may seem sweet but can kill you when it grows up.
2. Col 3: 5 & 6 "Therefore put to death your members which are on
earth..."
God does not allow us to be tempted above our strength. With the alcoholic the booze does
not just force itself into his mouth. In James 1:15 it says that "sin brings forth
death." From where does the temptation come? James 1:14 tells us that a man is
tempted when "drawn away by our own lusts". The greatest danger is in yourself!
The Rabbinical saying which goes: in the beginning sin is just a thin spider web but later
it becomes as thick as a cord.
3. Prov 12:3. A man is not established by wickedness, but the root of the righteous
cannot be moved. Believers are often compared to trees, in the Bible. The Californian
Redwoods are very high trees, with their roots extended and intermeshed with each other.
Psalm 1: 1-3. Do you want your spiritual life to grow like a tree then go down deep
into God's Word.
God has a plan with your life and the devil tries to obstruct and block it. |
